[AISLE-Share] A hyper-doc vs. LibGuides

Hi!

Does anyone use hyper-docs to provide research links, sources, etc. for
classes?

I bought LibGuides and am thinking that a LibGuide might be overkill for
the size of my school. I have a little more than 450 students at the high
school level, and I am the only Library "staff" person here (I have my
MLIS). I am having trouble getting started creating the LibGuides and am
hesitant to take on the recurring, annual cost of a subscription to
LibGuides if I can "git 'er done" with just a hyper-Doc. (I am feeling like
I don't have time to create LibGuides since I am also performing *all*
clerical/staff/supervision duties a library needs). It's already October
and I haven't created one yet.

What are your thoughts?

Thank you for sharing.
