[AISLE-Share] thanking libraries

[Email list for the Association of Illinois School Library Educators]

As part of his welcoming comments at the Those Who Excel/Teacher if the
Year banquet,  ISBE Superintendent Smith mentioned that as he moved often
as a child, that librarires were some of his places of comfort, places
where someone stood up for him.  He is appreciative of the libraries and
other areas if the schools that did that for him.

I just wanted to remind us all if our power to help our students, whether
we  ever know what we did or not.
