Under the tenets of Fair Use, according to *Copyright for Schools* by Carol
Simpson, p50-51 (2010), use in this manner isn't transformative, does not
"add value" (no interpretation, criticism, or commentary), and could be
denying the author the ability to make money on an audio version (if
available). The only Fair Use aspect you have going for you is educational
purpose.

That being said, is anyone going to come after you if it is posted
"in-house?" Unlikely. Is it ethical? I'm currently having the same
conversation in my district. I don't think it is; they feel they have
wiggle room.

You're not alone in this dilemma.
