A teacher is asking for help figuring out this YA book title that she read
a few years ago. I've never heard of anything like it, and it has a very
unique plot to say the least! Anyone know what this book is?

A woman with schizophrenia stops taking meds and starts a downward spiral
She loves dogs and steals dogs from people's yards if she doesn't think
they aren't being cared for well enough.
She hires a high school kid to take the dogs for her
Eventually, she steals a baby from a teen mom who isn't looking after the
baby
The woman has not idea how to take care of a baby, so she feeds it dog food
and puts it out in the yard to use the bathroom, and dresses it in her
deceased dad's clothes.
The high school boy realizes what the crazy lady has done and tries to get
the baby, but the woman locks him in the bathroom.
The woman has a pet cemetary and the graves of her parents in her backyard.
