Plugs, plugs, plugs everywhere!
A sink and, if the sky's the limit, a water bottle filler.
Lighting and heating/cooling that can be controlled by area, not just by
whole room, and auto shut off when the room is empty.
White board walls and/or tables.
Places to put up posters/student work, but not necessarily bulletin boards
(which have to be "decorated").
Moveable furniture that can hold up to kids actually moving it!
Think about spaces as a teaching space, flex space, study space, etc. Where
will you teach lessons? Will you need a screen? Place to sit/read, places
for kids to write? If students use that same space for study hall, where
does everyone sit? =)
