Production room (music recording, green screen, video editing, etc.)
Electronic pull-down screen from the ceililng
Great sound system
Building lab/take-apart lab
Moveable furniture
Reading nooks and comfy seating
Fireplace for those cold winter days
Fun seating, i.e., restaurant-style table and benches

I second the idea for some sort of water source, a small pond with fish?
