[AISLE-Share] AR books

[Email list for the Association of Illinois School Library Educators]

There is an app you can put on your smart phone that can tell you if it's
AR by scanning the ISBN. I use it at used book stores to check levels and
such.  As long as your wifi is fast, the app will work quickly.
It doesn't scan the rebound book barcodes, like Permabound or Follett, but
it does recognize most publishers. While that is still manual, at least
it's scanning!
