[AISLE-Share] Axis360 -- Anybody using this?

[Email list for the Association of Illinois School Library Educators]

I inherited an account with Axis360 and am finding it to be the most user
unfriendly system I've ever encountered.  I've spoken with someone there
who has helped me figure out how to run reports, but the instructions for
things I really want to know/do are not available anywhere, and my reps are
out of town.

If you know how to:

1)  Delete users
2)  Run a report with all the users and their usernames/passwords

please help me!

I don't understand why this is so difficult!  Thanks in advance!
