[AISLE-Share] K-12 License Deficiency - Test

[Email list for the Association of Illinois School Library Educators]

I got a deficiency notice for my gifted endorsement because the
requirements for that endorsement have changed since I originally received
it. That is how they are determining if you "pass" or not.
