[AISLE-Share] K-12 License Deficiency - Test

As far as I know, if you want any K-12 endorsement, you have to take (and
pass) the APT K-12. This is what we were told when I did my technology
specialist endorsement (Ed Tech masters). Then, when I did my LIS
endorsement and applied I got K-12, since I had already taken the APT K-12.

My original degree was elementary ed K-9.
