[AISLE-Share] K-12 License Deficiency - Test

I doubt very highly we would ever get that $50 back, and I am certainly not
interested in paying $122 more for the test. If there were no additional
cost that would be a different matter. I feel that the communication from
ISBE about this new endorsement contained many omissions, although perhaps
I needed to dig further for more information before applying. It is
disappointing.

Fortunately, I am not looking to switch to an elementary position. I just
thought having the newest credentials would be nice. Unfortunately, I am
out $50.
