I have a friend whose daughter is afraid of thunderstorms and she asked for book ideas to help with the situation. Do you have any picture book recommendations for books that might help her deal with storms?  I'm remembering one where there is a family inside an apartment building in the city and the power goes out but then they end up on the roof and it's a beautiful night... but I can't think of the title or anymore about it.
