In the past when I haven’t known what to do, I’ve asked the students to each bring in a book and give a book talk to the club. Then everyone votes on which one they want to read. The book with the most votes I then ILL or order copies for them all. They usually love sharing their favorites and sometimes they even bring the same book in. ☺

What titles would you recommend for a junior high book club?? I'm considering a book off the RC list, but I'm also curious if anyone has conducted a book club, and their book of choice was a hit?

Thanks in advance!
