[AISLE-Share] EasyBib

After reviewing many citation generators in the past two weeks, we have
decided to use CiteFast. I don't like the EasyBib add-on because it
doesn't give the boxes to help identify the components, so it is harder for
students to see errors in the auto-cite.

CiteFast has boxes like EasyBib did. We are not signing up for accounts,
so we will be copying and pasting into Google Docs. It does not interface
with our Gale databases, but we can copy/paste the citations from those,
too. We'll just have to teach how to format hanging indents, etc.
