How does NoodleTools have great customer service? There is no person you
can call, is there? If yes, can you write the phone number here? Anytime I
call, I get a voicemail that says, "Do not leave a message if you need
technical help. Go to our website and leave a support ticket." (I don't
consider this good customer service).

There is also a BIG learning curve for students using NoodleTools.

Just sayin!

I like it and use it with my high school students.
