Lol! I think it’s personal preference. I don’t ever want to or have time to make phone calls (same with faxes. Vendors who require a fax in this day and age won’t get my business. ☺). I want to be able to submit a ticket or send an email and get a quick response, which I have always gotten with NoodleTools. That’s why I consider their customer service to be fantastic.

There is a learning curve, but my students’ citations are much improved as a result of using it.

How does NoodleTools have great customer service? There is no person you can call, is there? If yes, can you write the phone number here? Anytime I call, I get a voicemail that says, "Do not leave a message if you need technical help. Go to our website and leave a support ticket." (I don't consider this good customer service).

There is also a BIG learning curve for students using NoodleTools.

Just sayin!

I like it and use it with my high school students.

If you ever have an issue, which is very rare, their tech support is wonderful and wastes no time getting things resolved.

Thank you. We subscribed to it for many years as well, but discontinued it because EasyBib become free. I'm considering it again.

I've found that the EasyBib extension in Google docs is the closest thing to what we are used to, BUT it is very limited in the sources that can be cited.

We tried using EasyBib, but it is wrought with ads and even asking students to do surveys before it will cite their sources.

I have suggested Citation Machine and Bibme, but they are both not up to par with our needs.

Any suggestions? Anyone else struggling with this?
