[AISLE-Share] H S book budget

We still have a relatively healthy budget for both print and electronic
materials. As others have mentioned, I report our circulation stats at the
end of each year, and we usually earn about $5000 in Scholastic dollars
each year. I believe reporting both numbers to the superintendent and
school board help to keep our budget where it is--it hasn't grown over the
years, but at least it hasn't diminished either.
