Mercer County High School library still has an annual budget for books. We went 1 to 1 with Chromebooks this year, and while we do offer ebooks through the Axis 360 program, we still have many students who prefer to read a print book. With the switchover to 1-1, I think most of the desktop computers will be taken out of the library pretty soon, but the books will stay!

If you are a high school librarian that still receives a budget for
purchasing books, please reply to this post.

I know that *some *high schools are eliminating libraries with books - is
it still called a library then?

I would like proof that while some schools are eliminating books in the
library, there are still many high schools that still see the value of a
library with books.

I hope to hear from many of you!!!!!!!!!

Thank you in advance
