[AISLE-Share] Library Scan In

There’s a product for schools called 5 Star Student.
Our school  uses it for attendance at school events like dances and learning support centers like the Math Lab, Study Café or Literacy Center.
We only use the sign in function in the library, it may have more to offer.

Good Morning,

What programs do you use to track students that enter the library?

Do any of you NOT keep track of the students and just let them enter without signing in?

If you do have them sign in/scan in, where is the scanner located? We currently use Google Sheets with a Chromebook and barcode scanner by the front entrance, where an employee is stationed. We are building a new library where there is not an option to have an employee stationed right next to the entrance, so we are looking into options other than our current software.
