[aisle] Google Calendar VS Rooms

I've done it both ways and there is good and bad to both. If people are booking themselves having the space as rooms is great because it won't show the room as available if someone is overlapping times and no one can delete someone else's reservation. It also is a bit of a pain when plans change as the original booker has to make the edits as it won't let me delete or edit someone else's time slot. I haven't looked into permissions, though, because it actually hasn't happened too often.

You won't have that problem with regular calendars but I've had people accidentally delete other reservations or double book themselves into a space.
