[aisle] Can't access resources

Hi, It isn’t being a member of AISLE that gives you access, but signing up for the specific award that does.  You need to pay the $10 fee which gives you access to resources, and allows you to submit your student votes in February.  If you want to join both Bluestem and Monarch it’s $20 total, $10 for each award program.

I am still a member of AISLE until 9/2019 so why can I NOT access the Monarch resources for 2019.

Shouldn't I still have access to these resources?
