When I was working, Our Ambassadors, did a tour and introduced students to me. Then the home room teacher always sent a buddy with them to checkout a book, and a tour of library. It was part of the instilling I did with students it is our library not mine. :). I had a general handout for parents, but I only gave it out at orientation didn’t think about including it in parent Packet. That is a good idea!
