[aisle] Procedures for lost/damaged books (k-8 buildings)

My policies are the same as Roxanne’s. I tried to offer having students
read off their lost book fees but my principal felt it was linking reading
to punishment. I offered the option of working off their fees to the
parents (I’m K-5) but very few took me up on it.
