Hello,

Currently we have stored our multiple-classroom books in banker boxes. Each
box is labeled with its title/titles and numbers of copies of each title.

All of the books are bar coded and entered into the LMS. They can be
checked out to the individual students or the teacher (if the teacher
prefers to manage who is responsible for each book).

I have also thought of just bar coding the box and requiring the teacher to
check out the whole box instead of individual copies of each title if they
want the entire box.

I also have a Google Spreadsheet that lists all of the titles in the "book
room." I have shared this with all of the Reading Language Arts teachers so
they have quick access to this information online.
