[aisle] Decatur High School Library Opening

Hello!

Decatur Public Schools District #61 has a library opening at Eisenhower High School next year. The building is newly renovated, and there are about 1000 students who attend. The previous librarian did a lot of great programming, and there is a wonderful library assistant, too.
