[aisle] PD conversations on Race/ Religion

My elementary staff (5th/ 6th grade) is looking for summer PD books for a book study about race, religion etc in the classroom. Do you have any suggestions? 
*we are a predominantly white/rural district, and we are creating diversity in our literature and curriculum.
