[aisle] per capita grant

There was an email sent out from Lou Ann Jacobs back on April 29 with the
Subject Line:  Action needed--School District Library Grant Award.  It
states in the email that the funding sources for this grant are in the
budget that gets approved by the General Assembly.  Our State Senators and
Representatives have to vote to approve the budget and revenue streams that
fund these and other library grants.  It's a huge bill that often gets
approved in the last hours of the *Spring Session coming up at the end of
May....*....

You can also ask your Business Office to check on the Comptroller's website
to see that the payment is pending - a new feature this year  Our payment
is showing up on the "Pending" list.
