[aisle] Ingram Ordering Issues

I switched to Ingram shortly after Baker and Taylor was bought by Follett,
and in the past 2 years I haven't had any issues. My suggestion would be to
print out your quote/list and look through it to make sure that the item
descriptions are correct (pb vs hardcover).
