[aisle] Author Skype

I have Skyped with YA author Jeff Zentner.
Really easy! He is very easy to work with. We coordinated a giveaway also for the students. He called out #s that the students had taken (tickets) when they came in. Those students won FREE books:). He took a lot of questions and talked about his writing process.

As far as tech, I had Jason stop in and help me set up the camera and test the program to make sure all worked. He was on hand during the session just in case we ran into any hiccups, but all went well:) I would certainly do it again! Great way to connect kids and authors!
