[aisle] Self Help Books

[Emily Conradt]

The self-improvement books that helped me most as a teen were Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers, Ph.D. and The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey (the standard adult version – I haven’t read the teen one). Mindset by Carol Dweck, Ph.D. probably would have also appealed to me had I read it back then.
