[aisle] SLO - librarians exempt?

I believe your PERA committee + admin decide the exemptions. I am not
exempt. For our summative evaluation score, we use 50% professional
practice (evaluation) and 50% student growth. For the student growth
portion, my SLO is 50% and MAP scores are 50%.
