[aisle] SLO - librarians exempt?

I do not have to do SLO's. I am exempt because my district admin and PERA
committee consider me support staff. I am the only certified librarian for
10 buildings K-12 and I have limited contact with students. I work more
with the library assistants, instructional coaches and teachers. I believe
it comes down to interpretation on the part of the committee. Our
instructional coaches had to do them at the beginning, but they too are now
exempt.

I'm sorry this is not more helpful, Leah.
