[aisle] Procedures for lost/damaged books (k-8 buildings)

We do not handle money or process bills. We enter missing/damaged books
into our district's system (Skyward) and the fee is added to the student's
account. The parents can pay via credit card through this portal, or it is
added to the following year's school fees. Eight graders who don't pay
don't get to walk in the graduation ceremony.

If a book is returned, we contact the business office and they either issue
a credit or a check depending on the circumstances. Doing it this way does
make things a lot easier for the folks in the libraries.
