[aisle] Damaged Book?

If it is readable, I would note the condition in my system and let it
circulate.  The fact that they let you know it was wet so you could save it
is actually good.  If I can't save the book because I wasn't told, or the
book molded or mildewed, then I consider charging for replacement.
