[aisle] RAILS libraries asked to complete database access survey by November 14

Hello everyone,

RAILS is working with the Illinois State Library and others to investigate offering statewide database access for all system members through additional state funding. Libraries would not have to pay for this access. As a first step, we are asking all RAILS libraries to complete this brief survey<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/D5SS9KG> by Thursday, November 14. We would like one response per RAILS library. Please have the person most responsible for evaluating and making decisions about database purchases complete the survey.
