[aisle] Follett and Permabound Purchases

Has anyone else had this issue?

I set aside copies of books as "on order" within Destiny.  I was purchasing
these books from Permabound and wanted to make sure those numbers wouldn't
be used when making purchases with Follett.

However, when I received my Follett order, and then my Permabound order,
the barcodes were duplicated.  Now, I have to create new barcodes for the
Permabound order.

Help! How do I stop these overrides from happening?
