[aisle] Follett and Permabound Purchases

For each vendor I use, I give them a different starting number (so 30000
for pb, 50000 for Rainbow Books, etc. ).  The ranges have no chance of
overlapping.  Each time they send me an order, they just use the next one
in sequence.  I don't ever have to worry about duplicates, and I do not
need to save any numbers in Destiny.  I like that I do not need to worry
about it.
