[aisle] You've been Booked

Has anyone tried a "you've been booked" program in a junior high or high school?  I've seen posts about "you've been mugged" where teachers gift each other with a mug full of treats.  I think we could 'gift' a book to a teacher or student and include a bookmark and treats, but I'm not sure how to see if it would get read or if I should share non-library books.  Any inventive suggestions?
