[aisle] chromebook checkout questions

Hello!

We became 1:1 this year. The library is in charge of all checkouts and
returns of Chromebooks. We have a rental cart available everyday for
students who forgot theirs or whatever their excuse it. When we don't get
them back at the end of the day, though, we are not sure how to handle it.
Is it discipline? Fines? What do you do that you find success with? We're
open to anything!
