[aisle] Catalog Record Best Practices

I like to follow the rules (see Kathy Kerner above) unless and until it
interferes with student use of the library. If a student brings up a record
for an item with 10 copies, not all of which are available to the student,
is it clear in the record what the student has available? If not, students
will be upset and you will be inundated with 'but Destiny says it's
available!'. If you're using Destiny, the sublocation function is probably
what you want to use - reading teachers know they have access to the ones
in the reading room location, students have access to the ones in the
library, etc.

Good luck!
