RAILS is thrilled to introduce a new service - inkie.org<https://www.inkie.org/>!

Inkie.org is a suite of self-publishing tools and resources. Through RAILS' partnership with BiblioBoard, inkie.org is available to everyone in Illinois free, without the need of a library card.

Inkie.org has three main audiences - authors, readers, and libraries.

  *   The authors section has information on how to create an e-book<https://www.inkie.org/authors/create>, including the link to the Pressbooks portal. It also includes information on how to submit an e-book<https://www.inkie.org/authors/share> to Indie Illinois<https://library.biblioboard.com/module/indie-illinois>, Indie Author Project Select<https://library.biblioboard.com/module/library-journal-self-e-select>, and/or the Soon to Be Famous Illinois Author Project<https://soontobefamous.info/>.
  *   The readers section<https://www.inkie.org/readers> has information about the content available to read via BiblioBoard. This page focuses on the independently and self-published materials available on the platform.
  *   The libraries page<https://www.inkie.org/libraries> has information about how libraries can support their local authors, as well as a suite of marketing and promotional resources.
