[aisle] Passing period between classes

Hi All,
We are having a debate about minutes between classes here at Hoover
Elementary.

Do you get minutes between classes for a passing period?  If so, how many?
We had 5 minutes for one class to leave and another to enter and for us to
set up for a different grade level.  Now they want us to go down to 1
minute which seems impossible.
