[aisle] Loaners for students with 1:1 technology

Devonna, I work at an elementary school. We are 1:1 with iPads. We do not
issue loaners to students if their iPads or left at home or not charged.
Teachers have a few spare chargers in their rooms for student use. There
are no consequences except that they don't get to do their work on an iPad.
They have to do it with paper and pencil. Pam
