[aisle] Loaners for students with 1:1 technology

At Tinley Park High School, we only provide loaners to students whose iPads
we are repairing. If a student forgets his/her iPad we do not provide a
loaner. Each teacher has a charging station in his/her classroom, although
we'd love it if students would charge their devices at home each night.
