[aisle] Circulation desks and library renovation

I am getting a new media center next school year (construction is starting
soon). At one architect meeting they wanted no desk. Luckily I was able to
voice my concerns and now I am getting a smaller circulation desk. One of
my biggest concerns was space for book repairs. I am not sure having no
designated area would work. Just my two cents.
