[aisle] 40 book challenge

Anyone who has experience with this please answer these questions:
1.  How do you keep students accountable for reading these books?  Do you
quiz them? Have them complete a write-up of any kind?
2.  Do you offer prizes/incentives for completing?
3.  Is it tied into grades in anyway?
4.  If a student doesn't make the 40 book challenge, do you celebrate that
he/she read?
