[aisle] AR and grades

We use AR in grades 3-5. The students take the STAR test to find out their reading level, and teachers set a point goal each quarter based on the test. The program actually generates this goal. Some students get a higher goal if they want more of a challenge, and other students get a reduced goal if they struggle. At the end of the quarter, teachers give a grade based on what percentage of the goal the students reached.  They also grade based on the percent correct and whether the students were reading in their book level (and weren’t trying to read easy books just to get points—you can usually tell who is doing that).
