[aisle] book jacket tape

I was taught to use Scotch narrow filament tape (from Demco), and it works
well for us. Also, Kapco has Book Jacket Tape for this purpose, and it is
less bulky than the filament tape. It comes pre-cut on a roll; I won a roll
at a workshop, and like it a lot.
