[aisle] Online text for Evaluation Tool (Linking for Learning)

I'm trying to re-create the Illinois School Library Standards Evaluation
Tool in a Google Sheet so I can easily record and save data year after
year. I would love to find a digital copy of the verbiage so I can just
copy and paste the information into a spreadsheet. I currently have a
scanned copy but cannot select text from the pdf. I see that you can
purchase a digital copy of Linking for Learning but I didn't want to
purchase it since I already have the hard copy. Does anyone know where I
can find the standards for this evaluation tool online? (Leadership,
Learning Environment, Library Administration, Planning and Instruction)
