[aisle] Monarch and bluestem resources

Lyndi,

Both committees create the resources for the awards.  After they are created they submit them to the AISLE committee for review.  Bluestem was submitted, I’m not sure about Monarch.
Once the committee reviews the materials they are then made accessible.  I will inquire about when they will be released.
